How do you arrive at your prices?  Do you price by the square foot?
No one job is the same. We arrive at our prices based on many different factors. The current condition of the surface to be painted and the amount of prep work involved is one of the biggest factors. Essentially though, we determine how much labour is involved and the cost of the materials to be used. Rest assured knowing that once you are quoted a price...it will not change unless you as the client change the specifics of the job.

What sets you apart from other painting companies? 
You tell us! It is always a good idea to get a few estimates for any project you're thinking about hiring a contractor to perform. What we can tell you is that we have years of experience, can provide references and we're confident that our ability and workmanship will meet and exceed your expectations. We provide detailed estimates with no hidden costs. We minimize disruption to your daily routine while doing exactly what we say we will do and all for the price that was agreed upon.

I've received your estimate and I'd like to proceed.  Now what? 
Fantastic! We look forward to working with you! We will work within your schedule and daily routine to ensure that when the work is performed, steps are take to minimize the disruption to your home.


Do you supply all the materials?
Yes. Unless there are special circumstances, we prefer to supply all the materials. That way, we are responsible right from the beginning for the performance of all products. The client has final say on colour, sheen and even their choice of manufacturer but we will supply all paint and materials.

We have chosen a date to begin.  Now I have to decide on colours...can you help? 
You have a couple of options. It is always our pleasure to offer opinions and we can draw on our industry experience to help you in any way possible...short of picking the colors for you! If you'd like to have an independent color consultant meet with you, we can have a member of our team contact you and work with you in this regard for a small fee.


Do you just do residential work?
No. Although residential work is a big part of our business, we also do commercial and institutional work. Our clients are made up of home owners, long term care facilities, hospitals, churches, café and restaurant owners and property managers among others.


Do you do exterior work?
Absolutely! Exterior work makes up a large part of our business. Whether it be new or old wood, stucco, aluminum siding, brick or concrete...we have a solution for all your exterior painting needs.
